Founded in 1997, CECI has over 13 years of experience in the General Construction and Construction Management sectors.  Our successful projects include everything from turn-key demolition to occupancy services, as well as building construction and renovations. 

Our commercial division is headed by Mr. Alec Felhaber, who has over 25 years of experience in the construction industry.  Under his leadership, many projects have been successfully completed for the Department of Defense, as well as for Educational, Institutional, and Municiple clients.

In the residential division, our experience ranges from demolition of dwelling units to renovations (including room additions as well as construction of residential buildings).  Construction Environmental Consultants, Inc. utilizes some of the most innovative building systems available, with an emphasis on sustainable and eco-friendly residences.
